Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. 

Delivery We ship via Royal Mail and aim to deliver within 3-5 business days once dispatched. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. 

Shipping Costs Standard shipping is £4.50. We offer free shipping on orders over £20.00.

Packaging All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your olive oil arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our returns policy. 

Delivery Locations We currently ship to addresses within the UK, including mainland England, Scotland, and Wales.
